I am looking for best pracises and code to show context of question. For example Question text is : How would you rate your engagement level? Context “Engagement is broad term and depend on various factors happines……………………...”
I want to show context as tool tip and should work well on all devices. Can you share how it can be done?

It seems like just using <span title=...> does appear to have the hover text on the computer version.
However, it doesn’t have the same hover text on mobile version.
The solution suggested by TLDW Tutorials seems to work in both computer and mobile version.
