💡 Product Ideation Overview | Evolve

EvolveEvolve is the brand new Qualtrics product ideation program, powered by you, our customers. Through Evolve you can submit product ideas, (suggested enhancements to existing Qualtrics products and functionality), and track their status in the Qualtrics product development process.Prior to Evolve, product ideas had to be created in the XM Community Ideation category, reviewed by Community moderators, upvoted by a critical mass of community members, and then input manually into a data platform to be shared with Qualtrics product managers.Now, customers can share product feature suggestions directly with our product managers, right here in the XM Community. Through Evolve, we have expedited the ideation process, while increasing customer visibility into an idea or feature’s status. IdeasProduct “Ideas” are suggested enhancements to existing Qualtrics products and functionality.  UpvotingAn “Upvote” is a digital representation of your desire for a product idea to be implemented. Community Admin FAQS Who are the XM Community Admins?Your XM Community admins are @Michael_Cooksey and @AlonsoC What is a Community Admin?Our role as Community Admins is to foster a lively, respectful, and engaging community; thereby, enhancing your experience as a Qualtrics XM Community member! At times, we focus on a lot of the behind-the-scenes, working on new initiatives and content for the community, while other times we focus on engaging directly with our amazing community members. For the quickest response, you’ll want to contact us via our profiles, using the messaging functionality.  If there is an issue with the functionality of the Community; for example, if you are unable to comment on a post, edit your profile, or receive any error messages tag one of us If you ever have a time-sensitive support request, the community might not be the best place to ask it, and tagging a Community Admin will not help get a support-related response. Feature request: allow posts to be saved by a user

Apologies if I’ve posted this under the wrong category, but I wasn’t sure where it should be filed. I sometimes come across a post by another user which shares information that I know will be useful to me and I’d like to save so that I can reference it in the future. But, there’s not a great way to do that -- I can like the post, or I can subscribe to it, but I feel like that’s not really what those actions are supposed to be for -- they’re intended for community functions (like to show that this is a good question or a good answer, follow to be notified of updates), whereas I really want a personal “save” function. There are plenty of posts that I may want to acknowledge a good response by liking it, but I don’t necessarily need to reference it in the future. Any possibility to add a “save” button that keeps links to posts in a separate box in my account?

Here's everything you need to know about keeping your Community access: I'm leaving my job - can I still access my Community account?The short answer: It depends on your setup!If you're currently part of your organization's Qualtrics brand, you're likely occupying a seat within their license (and those seats are limited). When you leave, you'll probably need to either:Purchase your own Qualtrics license Ask your new employer if they have a Qualtrics license for you to join, or Switch to a free Qualtrics account You will need to update your Community email in all three scenarios. Reach out to a Community admin and we will gladly assist! What if I'm just switching departments within the same company?Smart move checking first! XM Community New Account Approvals: Ensuring the integrity of Community content At Qualtrics, security is always top of mind, and we want to share the important steps we are taking to better secure our community and protect you. In an effort to keep the XM Community as safe and secure as possible, we are introducing account approvals for all new XM Community accounts, effective November 4, 2024. New Account Registration ProcessTo enhance our security measures, we’re implementing a new system for new account registrations. Moving forward, all new members will require admin approval when joining the XM Community. This process will apply globally to all new XM Community registrations.
