Hi,

I’d like to explore options for integrating a chatbot with Qualtrics to enhance our use cases beyond traditional surveys. I’m interested in understanding:

  1. Standard integration options – Does Qualtrics natively support chatbot integration, or do we need to rely on external APIs or webhooks?
  2. Technical feasibility – Can we embed a chatbot within a Qualtrics survey or use JavaScript to trigger interactions?

Please provide the best approach and feasibility for use case. Please share your thoughts or any prior experience with such integrations.
