We have a survey set up by a Salesforce trigger to send out a survey. We use the Salesforce Outbound Message to trigger the flow into Qualtrics.
This is our current flow, which adds the contact to our directory and then distributes the survey and the one allowed reminder. My goal is to be able to send a second reminder message.

Can I update this flow to add the contact to the directory with the appropriate embedded data, and then use the “Send a Survey via Email” task? Could I do this with only the Send a Survey via Email task? Thanks!
