Dashboard Export Permission: For CX dashboards, a new dashboard setting has been added to enable or disable visualized aggregated data exports to CSV, TSV, and XLSX format.
- Patient Experience Benchmark: The Patient Experience benchmark has been updated with refreshed customer data from Q1 2025.
Workflows
- Experience ID Change Event: You can now initiate a workflow whenever an email or SMS message bounces in a specific mailing list or in a directory.
- Run Now for Event-Based Workflows: Event-based workflows can now be run immediately. You can enter sample data or automatically generate test data to be used in the task run.
- XM Directory Event App: The XM Directory Event App (AKA the XM Directory Funnel Event) is being deprecated on June 30, 2025. See this linked guide on how to retain functioning workflows once this feature is removed.
