Is the spelling the same if you compare with the data you import? That’s most probably the issue. You could verify in your Directory if this data is populated or not.
The spelling is identical, and the field is populated in the directory with the appropriate branch. Once a change is made, does it just not pull in historical data?
I did not undestood that you were talking about historical data. No indeed, only future surveys will contain the info.
You could add the missing data directly in Data & Analysis or you could export your data, work in your CSV file outside of Qualtrics and then reimport the data. Be careful with those manipulations!
