✖️ X4 2025| Badge of the Month | March 2025 | XM Community
Skip to main content

X4 is fast approaching! For this month’s Badge of the Month, we want to hear your thoughts:

For Attendees: What topics or trends in experience management are you most excited to learn about at X4? Are you interested in exploring customer journey mapping, employee engagement strategies, or the latest in data-driven insights?

For Those Who Can't Attend: Even if you can't make it this year, we’re eager to know: What topics and trends in experience management have been intriguing you lately? Are you passionate about user experience design, feedback loops, or using AI for better engagement?

During the first week of each month, we will post a new question, topic, or activity for you to connect with the community and earn a badge. All community members who join our team and contribute a thoughtful comment to this month’s discussion, between March 3 and March 31, will receive this badge worth 50 points by the end of the month.

Interested in seeing if anyone is finding success in implementing Candidate Experience surveys in the EX space!!

My teammates are back and I understand this year X4 was a success again !

I’m still expecting to assist one day (fingers crossed for next year at Seattle)

I eared Rick Rubin was amazing (and he was barefoot on stage ^^).
I love that Qualtrics always includes so non conventional speakers cause I’m always trying to think outside of the box in my day to day and I think it’s important to share the voice to such inspirant leaders.

My main regret about this missed event is that I was hoping to meet the Community team and maybe some of the main contributors in person ;(

Anyways, a lot of interesting content...
Next weeks will be plenty of interesting discussions post-X4, here !

I wasn’t able to attend this year but for 2025 I’m excited to learn more about how the AI is advancing in learning vs being taught also how there are way for me to adjust and teach the AI as well so a better balance I hope. For example, text IQ is pretty hit or miss and there isn’t a really easy way to teach it other than reading comments one by one. I’d also like to be able to enter what story I’m trying tell in a dashboard and have Qualtrics AI create options for me.

Hi @ElieD,

We hope you can attend next year’s X4 Community Meetup in Seattle! We’ll continue building on this year’s success and offer more exclusive merch and opportunities for members to connect 😀

I love X4! Always a great event!

I’m sorry to not be able to partake in X4, but I am really interested in the ways Qualtrics is expanding its support for Qualitative research to supplement its already-strong quant capabilities.

While I couldn’t attend X4 this year, I’ve been really interested in how AI can enhance feedback interpretation and create more meaningful engagement strategies. The combination of automation and human insight is something I’ve been excited to explore further!

Hi all,

Thank you for all your thoughtful contributions this month! There’s a clear interest in AI related issues and we will make sure to bring you valuable content that addresses this!
