Hi everyone,
First time poster on this forum and a very novice user of Qualtrics.
Over the last month, my CX dashboard has been displaying a “An unexpected error has occurred.” message on some of our widgets, such as a number chart widget we have to display the # of completed surveys and vertical bar widget showing the distribution of 0-10 rating scale. Some other widgets are displaying properly, such as simple charts.
When I attempt to even edit the error widgets, the same error message will also appear on the window which does not allow me to even see what metrics I’ve chosen for that specific widget (see image below).
All of the data going into this dashboard is owned by the same Brand Administrator and there is only one data source for each dashboard.
Has anyone experienced this before and were able to fix it? I have reached out to the Qualtrics Support Team but I still have not received a solution over the past month.
