What are people using to trigger workflows for people who DID NOT complete a survey? I mean fully not completed, didn’t click in - not incomplete.

For example, we want our HRBP’s to be notified 30 days after an onboarding survey was sent out, regardless of if an employee completed the survey. I have set up the workflow for those who did complete the survey, but I have been told nothing can be triggered to those who did not complete the survey.

Does anyone have a workaround within Qualtrics? I’m sure our HRIS can do this from a hire date trigger, but looking to have this come from Qualtrics.
