Hello - We have a survey we need to deploy soon, and it has a block the should ask “do you want to report another issue” and if yes, loop back through that section, each time asking do you want to be contacted in a follow up for the issue you’ve chosen to report. It should bank each report as data of one issue, and different surveyed individuals may chose to report different numbers of issues.
 

If someone says no more issues but wanted to address any of them in a follow up, it should direct them to the follow up input section for contact, then end. if they say no more issues and no follow, it should end. but right now it loops forever no matter what. Help please!

A simple way to acheive this would be to use "Custom End of Survey" - Redirect to the survey itself.
Towards the end of the survey have branches before the follow-up question.

Suppose you have 4 blocks: Block A (Report details), Block B (Do you want to enter contact details), Block C (Follow-up details) and Block D (Do you want to report another incident).

Put blocks A and B one after the other in the survey flow. After Block B, have a branch that shows block C, only if they want a follow-up.

Put block D after that branch.

After block D, have another branch to show only if they want to report another incident. Inside put an End of Survey Element (the red one), customize it to Redirect ot a URL. In the URL, put the URL of the survey. This way they’ll loop through till they select they don’t want to report another incident.

 

However, please note that each incident will be an individual row in your data file.
