Hi Qualtrics Community!

I am currently using Qualtrics as a stand-alone application for managing CX survey feedback and dashboards, but looking at downloading Qualtrics for Salesforce.  I’d love to better understand the features and benefits of the app within Salesforce. Does anyone have real-world experience and examples of how they use the app and be willing to share?

From my reading, I understand dashboards are visible within Salesforce and dashboard widgets can be added to objects, such as NPS score on the account’s page.  This seems to provide some benefit for wider visibility to the organization, but what else?

We’re already triggering surveys through a Salesforce outbound message, and mapping responses back to Salesforce, so I don’t anticipate changing this since it is already working.  Also, we currently map some operational embedded data from Salesforce to survey responses.

Looking forward to hearing from you and appreciate any help/guidance you can provide!

 

PS - Is it easy to install the app and connect accounts?  How long does it take?
