Hi

I have 10 interviewers conducting interviews with participants. 
Participants are asked to complete a survey on an iPad. 
Once the survey is completed, they receive a token of appreciation.

However, there are occasions where the survey is incomplete due to various reasons, 
but participants may still claim that they have finished it. 
To avoid this, interviewers prefer to verify the completion status before handing out the token.

While the "Survey Completed" message at the end helps, 
there's no way to confirm completion if the participant closes the browser tab. 
Additionally, the online shared report has limitations because it does not support filtering by Respondent ID, which makes it difficult to check individual completion statuses efficiently.

I wish to seek some possible solutions from the community please 
as the interviewers do not have Qualtrics accounts but need to check the survey completion status in real time.

At the end of the survey, show a custom message with a unique code or confirmation number. This code proves the participant has finished the survey. They can show it to the interviewer as proof of completion. This way, only people who finish the whole survey can say they completed it. 

You can also try to Create a Public Results Report that shows whether each person finished the survey. You can’t filter by Respondent ID, but you can include information like their name or email (if you collected it) to help identify each response.

Share the report link with interviewers so they can check who has finished the survey in real time, without needing a Qualtrics account. For more info refer below link:

thanks. in fact i have these 2 implemented but as explained in my post, each has some limitations.

After searching the web for ideas, i have decided to implement a workflow to send out email to the interviewers once the survey is completed. that will hopefully complement the process we are trying to provide to make it easier to verify the completion status of the survey.
