Hi, everyone. I run our patient experience data/insights team for Indiana University Health. We started our Qualtrics partnership in early 2024 and are in the middle of launching our overhauled patient experience platform, surveying, and insights dashboards. I’m really excited about the new capabilities we’re bringing to help our patients and our team members. Lots to learn, thanks for the community.

Hi everyone!

I’m Ben and I work for the City of Ottawa, Canada. Our organization is new to Qualtrics, and I am the business lead for this initiative.

As a local government, we have a huge range of services that we offer. For a data strategist like me, this makes it a very interesting place to work! There are many different types of data, collected in many different ways, about many different things that we get to work with.

But…. being such a big organization with such a broad and diverse mandate, also means that data governance can be challenging. With Qualtrics, we will have many different staff, in different departments, who have very different sorts of operations that they’re responsible for, building surveys for very different audiences. I know that coordinating all of these surveys and ensuring that weĀ uphold our corporate standards across all of them, will not be an easy job!

I am interested in hearing from other Qualtrics users who work in very big organizations like mine (especially other local governments). Any advice you can offer will be much appreciated!Ā šŸ˜€

Hello!

Right now it is how to integrate Flatpickr in to Qualtrics. I know next to nothing of JavaScript, so any guidance on where to learn would be appreciated.

Hi All, It’s good to meet everyone. I’ve been working with Qualtrics for severalĀ years while working in nonprofit and/or academic positions. Most of the surveys I’ve programmed on the relatively simple side, but I’ve recently started to use toĀ Javascript to formatĀ input boxes and question text, and using math functions with embedded data. I’ve been having trouble with the JS, which I think is related to its compatibility with the new survey taking experience, but I’ll post about that separately.
