Hello Team,

Is there a way to exclude a customer (an email address) completely from receiving future surveys?
I know that we have an opt out option, but same applies only to a specific list which has been uploaded.

Is there an option to maintain a blacklist of whole email domains, or specific email addresses, before the addresses get added in the XM Directory?
