Hi,

We’re using text analytics via XM Discover, when we export a sample of responses to audit topic and sentiment accuracy it does so at a sentence level but in the majority of cases only associates one topic to the comment despite our customers comments matching more than one comment more often than not.

This makes the audit process cumbersome as some comments should clearly be coded as multiple topics but they are absent in the export so unless you navigate to the document in XM Discover to check there is no way of knowing.

Has anyone else experienced this or more hopefully found a way around it?
